On 12 December 2023 I announced that the Deputy Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism had written to me asking that the allegations raised by the Member of Parliament for Gower should be investigated under the Ministerial Code.
The Director of Propriety and Ethics has completed his investigation and produced his report. I have accepted his report and his findings. I am today publishing the report in full.
