Images released following serious assault – Chiswick

Officers investigating a serious assault at Chiswick station are today releasing these images in connection.

On 14 October at around 11.50pm the victim was at Chiswick station when a verbal altercation took place with three men.

The victim, a man aged 38, was thrown against a concrete wall which resulted in him banging his head and being knocked unconscious. The three men ran from the scene and boarded a bus towards Turnham Green. 

The victim was taken to hospital where he suffered a bleed on the brain and a fractured skull.

Very sadly, the victim suffered a cardiac arrest in December and died in hospital in January this year.

Detectives await further pathologist results to establish his cause of death however they are not currently treating it as a murder investigation.

Following a number of enquiries detectives are now releasing images of three men who they think they may be able to assist their investigation.
