Three people have been charged with aggravated trespass following two incidents at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships on Wednesday, 5 July.

Deborah Wilde, 68 (21.08.54), of Russell Avenue N22, Simon Milner-Edwards, 66 (15.11.56), of Dartmouth Road, Manchester, and William Ward, 66 (19.04.57), have all been released on bail to appear at City of Westminster Magistrates court on Monday, 7 August.

At around 14:08hrs, a male and female member of Just Stop Oil ran onto court 18 during a match and discharged what is believed to be orange paper petals and jigsaw pieces.

At around 16:30hrs, a male member of Just Stop Oil ran onto court 18 during a match and discharged what is believed to be orange paper petals and jigsaw pieces.

All were detained by security staff before being arrested by Met officers and taken into custody.
