Detectives continue to investigate the murder of a 22-year-old man in Brixton.

A 23-year-old man who was arrested on Tuesday, 3 October on suspicion of murder and taken to hospital for treatment has now been discharged and remains in police custody.

A second arrest has also been made. A 15-year-old boy was arrested on Thursday, 5 October on suspicion of murder and possession of an offensive weapon – he remains in custody.

An investigation was launched after police were called at 16:44hrs on Tuesday, 3 October to reports of a stabbing at Coldharbour Lane, Brixton.

Officers and London Ambulance Service (LAS) attended. Despite their best efforts, Keelen Morris Wong, 22, was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin are aware and are being supported by specially trained officers.
