Three people from Just Stop Oil have been charged today, Thursday 29 June, with aggravated trespass contrary to section 68 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, after an alleged incident at Lord’s Cricket Ground on Wednesday 28 June.
The three people charged are:
[a] Judith Murray, 69 (24.06.1954) of Plough Road, West Ewell, Surrey
[b] Daniel Knorr, 21 (21.02.2002) of Green Street, Oxford
[c] Jacob Bourne, 26 (29.07.1996) of Moorland Road, Hyde Park, Leeds
They are due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 31 July 2023.
Superintendent Gerry Parker, Metropolitan Police Service, said: “We will not tolerate criminal or anti-social behaviour and there are serious consequences for people who engage in criminal acts.”
