Operation Yamata is a dedicated operation in four areas across London. Local officers work with other specialist units to tackle intra-London drugs lines.

Colin Skyers, 20 (29.6.92) of Campion Close, Croydon was charged today, Wednesday, 28 June with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs (crack cocaine and heroin) and possession with intent to supply Class A drugs – cocaine and heroin.

He was arrested at his home address on Tuesday, 27 June. He has been remanded in custody, to appear at Croydon Magistrates’ Court today.

His arrest is part of an ongoing investigation by Op Yamata to tackle drug supply in Lambeth and Southwark. Enquires are ongoing.
