Two men have been charged in connection with a number of offences including a robbery at a jewellers in Sydney Street in Chelsea.
Thomas Loring – 40 (11.09.83) of Dunkery Road, SE9 and James Dixon – 41 (17.10.82) of no fixed abode will appear in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 21 June charged with:
– conspiracy to commit robbery between 25 February 2024 and 19 June 2024;
– conspiracy to steal between 25 February 2024 and 19 June 2024;
– robbery in Old Kent Road, SE1 on 19 June 2024;
– possession of an offensive weapoin.
Loring has also been charged with possession of a class B drug.
Both men were arrested by detectives from the Met’s Flying Squad on Wednesday, 19 June as part of an investigation into a number of robberies including an incident in Sydney Street, SW3 on 26 March.
