A serving officer is due to appear in court charged with sexual assault.
Sergeant Robert Bradley, attached to Specialist Operations, is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today, Wednesday, 20 September.
It follows an incident that is alleged to have taken place while the officer was off duty in January 2023, involving a woman known to him.
He was charged via postal charge requisition in August 2023.
The Directorate of Professional Standards are aware.
The officer is on restricted duties.
