A murder investigation is under way following a stabbing in Westminster.
Police were called at 13.41hrs on Monday, 19 June, to reports of a stabbing in Paddington Green, W2.
Officers attended the scene along with paramedics from the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance.
They found a male – believed aged 17 – with a stab wound. Despite the best efforts of the emergency services, he was pronounced dead at the scene at 14:15hrs.
Next of kin have been informed.
Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing. No arrests have been made.
