Police are asking for anyone who has seen 60-year-old Ebenezer Adeyemi to make contact.
Ebenezer has been missing since Friday, 12 May and officers are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
He was last seen on Kings Road, SW3 on Monday, 15 May at 18:00hrs. He was seen wearing the clothes in the images.
Ebenezer is approximately 6ft 2ins tall.
He has links to the Wandsworth and Waterloo areas. He has dementia and may appear confused.
Officers from Central North BCU which covers the boroughs of Camden and Islington are carrying out enquiries in order to trace him.
