Details

The Secretary of State has issued a direction on the Grand Union Canal Transfer Project proposed by:

  • Affinity Water Limited
  • Severn Trent Water Limited
  • Canal & River Trust charity

This is a water recycling plant and water transfer project. It covers
East Birmingham to Bedfordshire or Buckinghamshire.

This direction is made under section 35 of the Planning Act 2008.
