A Just Stop Oil protester has been charged after being arrested for being in possession of numerous items that could be used to cause criminal damage.
Oliver Rock, 42 (02.09.80), of Red Post Hill, Southwark, SE24, was charged on Thursday, 20 July, with having articles with intent to cause criminal damage (s3 Criminal Damage Act 1971) and being equipped to lock on (s2 Public Order Act 2023).
He is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today, Friday, 21 July.
