Officers investigating the robbery of a pensioner in Croydon have released an image of a man they wish to trace as part of their investigation.
The incident happened at approximately 11:50hrs on Tuesday, 11 April as the victim, an 85-year-old man, boarded a route 194 bus at West Croydon Bus Station.
As he did so, he felt a person behind him attempt to pickpocket him. The victim realised this and turned to react but the suspect pushed the man over and stole his wallet before fleeing on foot.
The elderly man was not hurt during the incident but was left shaken.
