Detectives are appealing for witnesses to a three car collision in the Wembley area that left a woman seriously injured.
Police were called at about 02:10hrs on Wednesday, 10 July to reports of a collision involving an MG, Vauxhall Corsa and Audi A6 at the roundabout by the junction of the A404 Harrow Road and Bridgewater Road.
Officers and London Ambulance Service (LAS) attended and found all three cars in the middle of the roundabout. The occupants of the grey Audi had the left the scene.
Three people were treated by LAS.
Police subsequently attended a north London hospital where a woman – believed to be a passenger in the Audi – was receiving treatment. She remains in hospital with life changing injuries.
Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command are leading the investigation.
They would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or captured it on dash cam.
There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.
